Refund Policy
This policy covers tickets bought on yusefbataineh.com. Tickets bought from another ticket seller are covered by that seller’s refund policy — please contact them directly.
At a glance
- Show cancelled: a full refund, sent automatically.
- Show postponed or moved: your ticket stays valid. If you can’t make the new date or venue, you can ask for a full refund.
- You can’t come: tickets aren’t refundable, but you can transfer yours to someone else.
- Charged twice or by mistake: we refund the duplicate in full.
If a show is cancelled
If we cancel a show and do not offer a new date, we refund the full amount you paid, including fees, to the account you paid from. We start refunds within 14 days of announcing the cancellation and email you when it has been sent.
If a show is postponed or moved
If a show moves to a new date, or to a different venue in the same city, your ticket is valid for the new show — you don’t need to do anything. If you can’t attend, email us within 14 days of the announcement with your order reference and we will refund you in full.
When refunds aren’t available
Except where the law says otherwise, we can’t refund tickets when:
- your plans change or you can’t attend;
- you arrive late, or are refused entry because of the venue’s rules or your behaviour;
- your QR code was shared or forwarded and used by someone else.
Transferring a ticket
You can pass your ticket to someone else for free. Email us your order reference and the new attendee’s name at least 48 hours before the show; we will issue a new ticket and the old QR code will stop working. Reselling tickets for more than their face value is not allowed.
How to ask for a refund
Email hello@yusefbataineh.com from the address you used for the order, with your order reference. We reply within 3 working days. Refunds go back to the account you paid from; your bank may take a few more days to show it.
Private and corporate booking deposits
Deposits for private and corporate bookings follow the written booking agreement for that event, not this policy.
